It is highly likely that Nikon will bring the replacement for its entry level DSLR the Nikon D3300 this year itself. Nikon circles are abuzz with the rumor that the new camera will be named either D3400 or D3500. We don’t yet have an exact date of the announcement, but as soon as we get it, we will bring it to you.
As far as spec rumor goes, it is being said that the new camera will have a 24 megapixel image sensor and will be compatible with SnapBridge. That’s all we know for now.
In another unrelated news, Nikon will bring a ‘DF-like’ camera and lens to celebrate it’s 100th anniversary next year. The existing Nikon DF is already three years old (it was launched in 2013) and is badly in need of an upgrade. Well at least the 100th year will give Nikon a chance to put new life in the DF.
