Seems some nice make out season is going on between Apple and Instagram. No sooner the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus was launched, the mobile photo sharing company announced that it will be developing special compatibility and other features meant specifically for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus users and will be releasing it as an update for iOS users very soon. The surprising fact is that this announcement was made by Instagram’s Head of Design Ian Spalter right at the iPhone launch event. From this promptness, it is amply clear that Instagram is planning in detail to take full advantage of iPhone 7’s new camera and its image processor.
The biggest update will come if you are shooting with the dual camera of the iPhone 7 Plus. Instagram is working to build a Haptic feedback to improve the zooming feature and take full advantage of the iPhone 7 Plus camera’s zooming ability. With this feature your zooming experience will be enhanced and you will actually be able to see how far you have zoomed in. The zooming feature will have both optical and digital zoom.
The other major update has to be how Instagram reads colors since the the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus is able to capture a wider range of colors. So Instagram has tweak its filters to take advantage of that feature of the new iPhones. Instagram will also have to update its Stories features for people to access it through the 3D Touch.
